Easily one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. My wife, two daughters and I went for an early dinner, and everything--the food, service, and atmosphere--was exceptional. I had the tri-tip combo, and it was delicious. (It came with a side of baked beans, among other things, and those beans were undoubtedly the tastiest things ever!) My wife had the avocado jicama salad, and she said it was awesome as well. The service was top-notch from beginning to end. Granted, it was 5 p.m. or so, so they weren't busy, but still... I would absolutely recommend this place!!!

Had a very good dinner at this spot. It's kind of a weird place being that the property is huge and feels more like a big event space. Spacious outdoor, big indoor bar with lots of TVS and big dining area. Really well done and looks nice inside. Service was nice with GM walking around greeting diners. Server was on top of you, but not pushy. Food was good. I felt like the portions were a little small for what you pay for. I really expected a little more brisket in the $48 bbq combo. But it was tasty and that's what really counts. Try it.

We went for St. Patrick's Day for some simple appetizers and drinks. We ended up ordering corn beef and cabbage appetizers and plenty of green beer. The atmosphere is outstanding, absolutely stunning. Food was good, tender and flavorful. we sat in the bar and it was vibrant and fun. Service was great. Most impressive was the host who sold the restaurant. She was knowledgeable enthusiastic and explained several things to us about the restaurant and what the future plans are. It was like she was the owner. Very proud to work there. prices are reasonable and this is a great place to have a family meal or celebration in a private room or use one of the larger banquet facilities for a big event. It's definitely worth the price.

The food was delicious. The calamari was crispy and not chewy at all which I loved. The Tri tip was tender, soft and juicy. The beans were full of flavor, I really enjoyed my meal and the big portions the restaurant has to offer. The restaurant is beautiful with a lot of seating. The booths were comfy. The service was great once we were seated our wired was very attentive. I will say even if you reserve you'll have to wait a good 15-20 mins to be seated that's the only bad thing. I will most definitely go back for lunch and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful greenery.

A great destination restaurant. Beautiful interior AND exterior. Awesome menu and the food was tasty and well executed. Service is top notch. Appreciated that the manager stopped by to check on us. Will be back every time we are in town. Keep in mind that there will be a long wait on busy nights. I tried to make a reservation but the old number doesn't work. Parking is good.

Yay!!! This restaurant has been vacant too long... another Covid casualty. But, baby it's back!! Jackalope Ranch re-opened today, 9/14, at 3pm. By 3:45, the place was bustling! People have been anxiously awaiting its return. And, when you go, you won't be disappointed. The ambiance is warm and inviting. There was noise from lots of diners, but (despite all the stonework) it wasn't noisy and it was easy to carry on conversations. Everything we ate was fabulous! Appetizer: calamari (fresh not frozen, lightly battered and nicely seasoned), dinner: hubby had the pulled pork and beans and LOVED IT!! I had the flat iron steak and baked potato. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. For dessert: indulged in a "Signature Sundae." Didn't need to, but happy we did. The portions were really big: appetizer would've been enough for 4 people! It was so good and we didn't want to keep eating but we did. Oink! Service was excellent. Brandon was very knowledgeable. The GM, Charlie, came by to say hello, as did Amber, a floor manager. We felt valued. Currently, Jackalope is only open from 3p-10p, but they hope to add Sunday brunch, lunch, and maybe even breakfast soon. All the menu items listed as "coming soon," will be added within the next 7-10 days or so. Only gripe: please put benches near the parking lot for me to sit on while hubby goes to get the car. Well done, Jackalope! See you again soon!
